一般財団法人日本地図センター（以下、「当社」といいます）は「東京時層地図」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）を商用アプリケーションとして制作し提供しております。 当社は本サービスを改変なくご利用いただくことを意図しています。

本ページは、お客様が本サービスをご利用されるかどうかを決定するにあたり、個人情報の取得、利用、開示に関する当社のポリシーを利用者の皆様にお知らせするものです。

本サービスをご利用いただく場合は、本プライバシーポリシーにおける情報の取得と利用に関して同意したものとみなされます。 本アプリが取する個人情報は、本サービスの提供と改善（サービスの向上と改善）のために利用されます。 当社は本プライバシーポリシーに記載のある者を除き、利用者の個人情報を他の第三者に対して提供、利用することはありません。

情報の取得と使用

ユーザーエクスペリエンス向上の為、本サービスをご利用の間、使用状況を含む個人を特定できる情報のご提供を求めることがあります。

ログデータ

アプリ内でエラーが生じた際、（サードパーティ製品を通して）ユーザー端末のログデータ内の情報を取得する場合はお知らせいたします。 このログデータにはユーザー端末のIPアドレス、デバイス名、OSのバージョン、本サービス利用時のアプリ内の設定、 本サービスを利用した日付・時刻、その他の統計といった情報が含まれます。

サービスプロバイダ

当社は以下に述べる理由で第三者に業務を委託することがあります。

• 本サービスの促進のため
• 当社に代わって本サービスの配信を行うため
• サービスに関連するサービスを行うため
• 本サービスの利用状況を分析するため

これらの第三者は当社が委託した業務の遂行の為、利用者の個人情報を取得することがあります。 ただし、これらの第三者には他のいかなる目的の為にも情報を利用、開示しないことが義務付けられています。

セキュリティ

児童のプライバシー

本サービスの対象年齢は13歳以上です。 当社は故意に13歳未満の児童から個人を特定できる情報を取得することはありません。 13歳未満の児童から個人情報を取得していることが確認された際には、当社はすみやかにその情報を削除いたします。 お子様が個人情報を提供されたことにお気づきになった保護者の方は、必要な処置を行いますのでご連絡ください。

Japan Map Center, Inc. built the Tokyo Jisou Maps app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Japan Map Center, Inc. and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
